If you are interested in a new home, you are able to take your own realtor in most cases to protect your interests. While the sales people at new home locations are friendly and helpful, they are employed by the builder. Be sure you take your Realtor with you on the first visit or you may not be allowed to have one on future visits.

People often don't think about special things they can ask for when building a home. For example: How many electrical outlets, internet or cable connections will be available throughout our new home. Or perhaps you would like to make some changes, will they permit it. What about extras and upgrades? I can help you determine what will make your home more valuable long term.
